MYANMAR MILITARY PLANE CARRYING 116 PEOPLE GOES MISSING

A Myanmar military plane with 116 people on board has gone missing. This happened on Wednesday between the Southern city of Myeik and Yangon, according to an airport source and the army chief.

In a statement made by the Commander-in-chief's office, 'Communication was lost suddenly at about 1.35 pm(07.05 GMT) when it reached about 20 miles west of Dawei town.

ONE KILLED, AS BOMBER DETONATES EXPLOSIVES IN TEHRAN

News agency, ISNA has reported that an individual has been killed, after explosives was detonated by a suicide bomber at the tomb of the Iranian revolutionary founder, Ruholla Khomeini in Southern Tehran on Wednesday.

The News agency reported that it was unclear at the time if the person killed was actually the suicide bomber

The agency also reported 5 people injured by shooting at the masoleum...

DAMMY KRANE, RELEASED WITH BAIL

The Nigerian singer, Dammy Krane, who was recently jailed with charges for grand theft, credit card forgery and identity theft after allegedly hiring a private jet with stolen credit cards, has been released.

The singer, who was released after he met his bail conditions that was set at 7,500 US dollars, pleaded not guilty to the charges against him and demanded a trial by jury and also chose the option of a waiver pre-trial conference.

Dammy Krane's court hearing has been fixed for 23rd June, 2017.
