(VIDEO): MAN VIOLENTLY DRAGS POLICEMAN'S SHIRT

A video has been released of a man dragging the shirt of a policeman violently. It is not clear what brought about the man's action, but in the video, the other policemen there could be seen watching them and taking no action or putting up efforts to stop the man.


The incident took place under a bridge at an undisclosed location.
